Every member is naturally keen to see the floor plans and understand the progress being made on this front.

The developer has shown the Managing Committee three basic plans and one small variation of one of these three. So, effectively, the MC has been shown three basic layouts.

In the MC’s last meeting with the developer on August 3, the developer requested that we should not rush them into finalising the plans. They explained that they need more time to continue refining different aspects of the layout. We argued that they are taking too much time and there is a need to accelerate the process.

The MC has had 4 meetings with the developer regarding the plans. A view of each of the three plans was revealed sequentially in following meetings. All the three basic plans are still being worked on by the architects.

While the MC has seen the three plans and tried to understand them broadly, it has not decided anything and has only suggested slight modifications. The MC has asked the developer questions such as whether they have taken adequate care of parking, open spaces, ceiling height, and other similar requirements of the Society. 

All plans will be shown to the members. The final choice of a plan will be made by the general body of members. 

It is not possible at this stage to give a date when the plans will be presented to members. This will take a little time. Please be patient. The MC is putting pressure on the developer to deliver the plans at the earliest.
