There has been a lot of action this week: meeting with the UCO Bank litigation advocate, checking locations for developer presentations, planning developer site visits, making the Terms of Reference (ToR) for the appointment of a new lawyer and negotiation meetings with the three developers.

Location for developer presentations this Sunday went back and forth from one venue to another. Earlier, we had tried at the MIG club but none of the rooms were available, we then booked Kalpataru Sparkle conference hall and then again Pammu and Bhupen coordinated to get MIG - Bird's view room. That took a bit of time.

On the appointment of a new lawyer, Sanjay Kher drafted the Terms of Reference (TOR) for the appointment of lawyer which was finalised by Pammu and Mahesh. This was posted in Patrakar Circulars on Oct 6, 2025.

RMT members Ashok, Pammu and myself and RDC members Sunil, Sanjay and Ajit along with our PMC had long negotiation meetings with the 3 developers on Oct 8. We grilled them on various aspects of their offer. We expect this to show results on the 12th!

Agami site visit at their Bandra East project is most probably on the 14th as that is when they unveil their sculpture especially created for the project.
