This is to inform everybody that yesterday, on 10th October, 2025, we wrote to the Deputy District Registrar, Cooperative Societies seeking the appointment of an authorised officer for overseeing the selection of a developer for redevelopment of our Society in a SGM.

Pammu and Ashok visited the office of the Deputy Registrar yesterday, met him and discussed our case with him. The Deputy Registrar met them cordially and even advised them on the steps ahead. Pammu and Ashok have also been in continuous communication with Mr. Dhargalkar in this regard.

A long list of documents was provided as these are required to be given along with the letter.

Our letter to the Deputy Registrar has requested that the SGM for the selection of the final developer by the majority of members be held on 26th October. However, he said he would finalise the date after a preferred developer is agreed upon by members. 

The application has been sent even before we have selected the preferred developer in an effort to save time. It is pre-emptive.

The final liaising with the Deputy Registrar will be done by the preferred developer we choose. But, our paper work is completed and an application is in the office of the Deputy Registrar. We have left a word and will follow-up that if there is anything missing in the paperwork, we will fulfil it. Other matters will be fulfilled by the developer after he is announced as a preferred developer.

With this, our office bearers have built a direct connection with the Deputy Registrar and his office to fast track the redevelopment process.
