Site visit Tomorrow
We will be visiting the Agami Eternity site at Bandra East tomorrow. There are various time slots available at 11.00 am, 12.30 pm, 3.30 pm and 5 pm. For those who cannot attend tomorrow, site visit has also been arranged in the first half of Sunday. Mr Prashant Khandelwal, CEO of Agami Spaces will be present throughout the day to answer all your questions.
We have the Agami design plan for our Patrakar site, so one can clear the doubts many of us have on the plan like:
1) Why 9 flats in one floor? How many wings?
2) Can you explain the design of one floor?
3) Why the angular shape of the building?
4) What is the thought behind one tower?
5) What is the green landscape you are looking at?
6) What is the view going to be from our windows?
7) Have you taken into consideration the Artek tower that will come up?
And such other questions. Agami Eternity is very small compared to our project. Nevertheless, we can look at the landscape, amenities and interiors of the flat and ask all our queries and possibilities for our project.
While we do the visit, it is interesting to know the story behind erstwhile Samaj Seva Co-operative Housing Society with its 16 members which today is Agami Eternity. How did they land up with Agami? I asked a member Maya Shivakumar what happened “Kalpataru kept us hanging for 10 years and they kept making excuses. During COVID they sent us a nasty email and that is when we decided to end the relationship.”
They are now back in their flats in 3 years.
It is always good to know the stories within the stories.
