  1. The members decided to appoint Mahesh Vyas as Chairman of the RdC.

  2. Minutes of the 3rd meeting of the RdC, then called the Redevelopment Sub-committee (RSC)

    held on 18 May 2025 were read and approved.

  3. The RdC welcomed Neepa Nair to the RdC. She was updated briefly on the developments

    thus far. Sunil Singh agreed to share relevant documents with her.

  4. The RdC placed on record its appreciation of the Special General Body Meeting held on 25

    May 2025 for the confidence and faith it has reposed in the RdC by ratifying the Managing

    Committee’s decision on the composition of the RdC.

  5. The RdC noted that the draft Rules Governing the Interactions between the Managing

    Committee (MC) and the Redevelopment Committee (RdC) had been approved and signed by the Hon. Secretary and the Chairman of the MC. The RdC decided to authorise Sunil Singh and Mahesh Vyas to sign the same on behalf of the RdC.

  6. The RdC decided to invite two additional members to join the RdC as members. Sanjay Kher and Rajesh Krishna were invited to join the committee. They were extended the invitation telephonically during the meeting. Both have graciously agreed to join the RdC. As a result, the strength of the RdC is expanded to seven members.

  7. The RdC discussed the Opinion that the MC has sought from the Advocates regarding the rights and risks in inviting fresh bids. The RdC was informed telephonically by the Hon. Secretary that we expect an answer from the advocate by the end of the current week.

  8. The RdC decided to study the bids received in response to the tender floated. The MC may be requested to make these available for examination in the society office on Saturday, 31 May, 2025.

  9. The RdC decided to meet again on Saturday 31 May 2025 at the society office at 4:30 pm.

  10. The RdC decided to set up a WhatsApp group of all members of the society to communicate

    with them on a regular basis. In this regard, the MC may be requested to share the full list of contact details to form such a group. It was decided that this would be an open platform for everyone to share views regarding the redevelopment project. Irrelevant and inappropriate posts will be deleted by the Admins. RdC members will be Admins.
