The Special General Body Meeting held on 30 November 2025 was conducted under the supervision of an officer appointed by the District Deputy Registrar under Section 79A.

The meeting was specifically convened to select the developer from the two shortlisted bidders: Agami Spaces Private Limited and Keystone Realtors Limited.

After the prescribed selection and voting process was explained, members voted on the shortlisted developers. All 62 members attending physically announced their preference for Agami Spaces, while all 11 members attending online also voted in favour of Agami Spaces.

Agami Spaces Private Limited was therefore unanimously selected as the developer for the redevelopment of Patrakar Society.

The General Body subsequently authorised the Managing Committee to issue the required Letter of Intent/Intimation or enter into an MOU with the selected developer, enabling the process of land-title conversion and the initiation of the Development Agreement, Power of Attorney and other necessary documents.

The consent forms were then signed by members under videographic coverage. The meeting concluded with members acknowledging the united decision to select the developer.
