Congratulations members. 

On February 18, 2024, we passed the resolution to go ahead with the redevelopment of Patrakar Society. On Nov 30, 2025, members unanimously selected the developer Agami Spaces to undertake our redevelopment.

Members will now have questions regarding the design plans and the timelines.

When RMT met Mr Prashant Khandelwal of Agami Spaces to discuss the timelines, he outlined a very important process on the design and planning aspect.

Design Plan:

As members are concerned about design plan and layouts, the important point he made is that their appointed architects will begin the process as soon as they are selected. By January 2026, they will have a basic plan and a data collection format ready. Their architects will come and explain this to the members and will give sufficient time for members to fill this data collection form. Until then, there is no need for us to do our own survey. Their survey will have various elements on the number of buildings required, flat layout, amenities and others.

Simultaneously, they will work on the Trees NOC. They assured us that they will try to save as many trees and replant trees wherever possible. 

The time that all this will take depends on how many iterations to the plans keep happening and the frequency of it going back and forth. 

Post the finalisation of the design layout, they will apply for environmental clearance. 

Aviation clearance is not linked to the plans and will be procured much earlier. 

They said there is a possibility that they could finish all the above and the requisite loading permissions by July /August 2026. But since it will be monsoons, it will be preferable to look at vacation by Oct 2026.
