The Special General Meeting held on 26 October 2025 covered several important matters relating to the redevelopment of Patrakar Society.

The General Body approved the appointment of Pradhan & Rao Advocates and Solicitors as the society’s legal counsel for redevelopment work, with professional fees of ₹32 lakh excluding taxes and out-of-pocket expenses.

Members also unanimously agreed to remove Supreme Sky Ventures LLP from the shortlisted developers, citing its deviations from the tender terms and its inability to confirm the required commercial conditions.

The meeting reviewed the legal and financial due diligence of the shortlisted developers. The legal due diligence reports for Agami Spaces and Supreme Sky Ventures were adopted, while further work was proposed on the legal due diligence of Keystone Realtors. The financial due diligence report prepared by Gokhale & Sathe was also discussed and adopted.

The PMC also presented its views on the developer presentations, the two redevelopment regulations, 33(11) and 33(20)(B), proposed layouts, amenities and the importance of issuing an LOI after selection of the developer.

The meeting also discussed the role and continuation of Vox Veena as a channel for quick redevelopment-related communication to members.
