Members approved both feasibility reports and retained Keystone, Agami and Supreme for further negotiations.

The Special General Body Meeting held on 30 September 2025 discussed the adoption of feasibility reports and the shortlisting of developers.

The General Body approved and adopted the feasibility reports prepared by the PMC under Regulations 33(11) and 33(20)(B). The PMC had clarified that both reports could be used for comparative analysis and further evaluation before selecting the developer and the applicable regulation.

The main discussion then focused on the developer shortlisting process. After reviewing the responses and deviations submitted by the bidders, the Managing Committee proposed retaining three developers for further negotiations.

The three developers shortlisted were:

  • Keystone Realtors Limited
  • Agami Spaces Private Limited
  • Supreme Sky Ventures LLP

Members discussed whether Supreme should remain in contention because its additional area offer had not increased, while the Managing Committee explained that retaining a third financially credible bidder would help maintain competitive pressure during negotiations.

The resolution to retain all three developers for further negotiations and presentation of plans was passed by majority, with 24 members voting in favour.
